PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of providing specified region monitoring information which is capable of possibly preventing e.g. those unexpected by the service side who disturb the public order and standards of decency from utilizing monitoring information obtained from a supervisory terminal. SOLUTION: In a monitoring information offer service for supplying monitoring information in a monitoring terminal composed of imaging apparatus installed in a specified area to an information terminal of a user by utilizing a communication circuit network, a managing unit always counts and records at least one number of times among access numbers of times, read permission number of times, and transmit to information terminal number of times by a person accessing about the monitoring information. If, hence, one tries to utilize e.g. for taking money, etc., as an unexpected application, after sending image information to many persons, this action is prevented by restricting the number of times.
