The present invention relates to a slot die coating device comprising a first slot main body where a cavity for accommodating ink is formed inside; a second slot main body where combination is implemented by corresponding to the first slot main body; and a mask nozzle part detachably mounted between the lower part of the first slot main body and the lower part of the second slot main body to receive the ink from the cavity, wherein a coupling means for installing or separating the mask nozzle part is included at the space among the mask nozzle part, the first slot main body, and the second slot main body, in case the first slot main body and the second slot main body are not separated. Thus, the cleaning or exchanging of a nozzle can be implemented more conveniently and rapidly and an optimal mask nozzle part for securing an uniform ink coating thickness according to a display panel surface area or ink viscosity can be mounted. |
