Disclosed are a device for installing blades for a wind power generator and a method using the same for installing the blades for a wind power generator. A device for installing blades for a wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes tower/blade connecting assemblies including blade posture adjusting units which adjust postures of the blades around to a hub for installing the blades on the hub while the tower and at least one blade are each gripped; and a blade position/posture acquisition unit which acquires the relative spatial positions and the posture information of the blades around the hub by matching images of the cross-sectional surfaces of the blades obtained by a plurality of photographing devices.
