A high place lift operation vehicle which can quickly transport goods by easily adjusting a fork position using multiple rotary joints comprises: a vehicle; a base frame which is installed on the vehicle; a rotary frame which is installed on the top of the base frame and is able to rotate; a telescopic boom whose one end is connected to the top of the rotary frame and which can move up and down and be extended and retracted; a hydraulic cylinder for connecting the rotary frame and the telescopic boom and rotates the telescopic boom up and down about one end at a certain angle; a fixing link which is fixed to the other end of the telescopic boom; a first rotary link whose one end is connected to the fixing link and which is able to rotate; a hydraulic cylinder for the first rotary link which connects the telescopic boom and the first rotary link and rotates the first rotary link up and down about one end at a certain angle; a second rotary link whose one end is connected to the other end of the first rotary link and which is able to rotate; a hydraulic cylinder for the second rotary link which connects the fixing link and the second rotary link, wherein its one end is connected to the other end of the fixing link and the other end is connected to the other end of the second rotary link, and both ends are able to rotate; and a carriage which is connected to the other end of the second rotary link and in which an L shaped fork is horizontally installed.
