The present invention relates to a system for providing location information of a container security device and internal state information of a container and a method thereof and, in particular, to a system for providing location information of a container security device and internal state information of a container and a method thereof for improving the performance of the entire system by transferring filtering function capable of sorting overlapped data and previous data and data increasing as a Big Data type information received in a container security device having various communication systems to a mirroring DBMS using a lift-cycle, remarkably reducing a time for searching by deleting data which are stored in an original DBMS. According to the present invention, a filtering function capable of overlapped data and previous data among information received in a container security device having various communication systems attached. Also, the performance of the entire system can be improved by transferring data increasing as a Big Data type to the mirroring DBMS using the lift-cycle and reducing a time for searching by deleting data stored in the original DBMS.
