PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resisting building structure capable of obtaining a high fire resistive performance at low cost. SOLUTION: An external panel 1 is constituted of a panel frame 2, a double external facing section 3 provided to the surface of the outdoor side of the panel frame 2, a reinforced gypsum plasterboard 4 provided to the surface of the indoor side of the panel frame 2 and a rock wool heat-retaining material 5 provided between the double external facing section 3 and the reinforced gypsum plasterboard 4. The double external facing section 3 is constituted of an inside external facing material 3a and a surface external facing material 3b. The inside external facing material 3a is constituted of a ceramic material or a volcanic glass double layer material, and the surface external facing material 3b is constituted of the ceramic material. A number one rock wool heat- retaining material 6 is provided between both panel frames 2 and 2, a glass fiber nonwoven fabric mat 7 is provided between both inside external facing materials 3a and 3a, and a sealing compound 8 is provided between both surface external facing materials 3b and 3b.
