PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair material for injection into cracks in a concrete body being applicable even to a wet concrete body under low pressure and being appropriately injectable into small gaps without impairing the appearance of the concrete surface; and a method of repairing a concrete body using the repair material. SOLUTION: The repair material is employed in closing gaps forming in a concrete body and is prepared by blending a two-liquid reaction type epoxy resin base, which is made water-soluble through the mixing of two liquids, and a hardening agent, in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.2. The material is hardened through a chemical reaction even in the presence of water or in an alkaline environment to form a rigid hardened resin layer of a three-dimensional crosslinked structure.
