A piezoelectric harvesting system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of plates which are formed with a leaf spring type and are vertically arranged; a piezoelectric element which is mounted on at least one surface of the plate and generates electric energy by vibrating together when the plate vibrates. According to the embodiment of the present invention, piezoelectric generation is performed by using the deformation of a leaf spring generated when the vibration is attenuated by attaching the piezoelectric element to the leaf spring which attenuates the vibrations of a railway vehicle and a truck.
