Disclosed is a composition for improving allergic diseases by using tachioside isolated from a wheat bran extract, based on the facts that the tachioside isolated from the wheat bran extract has activity to inhibit degranulation of mast cells intermediating an allergic reaction, activity to inhibit the generation of cytokines involved in an allergic inflammation reaction, activity to inhibit the generation of NF-κB as a transcription factor of cytokine, and activity to inhibit the generation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK; ERK, JNK, and p-38).
