The present invention is to provide a loess panel controlling the humidity and the temperature to make the indoor environment pleasant by neutralizing or absorbing toxic materials causing a sick house syndrome, enhancing the blood circulation by radiating far infrared rays in the indoor and providing the vitality to the biorhythm due to the advantage of loess. Further, the present invention is to provide a loess panel with a structure to form a porous structure within the loess panel and to have an effect of reducing noise by containing a pulverized fiber (fiber fragments) in a loess panel material at a certain range, and to have a concave groove on one side of the loess panel, a heating pipe mounted on the concave groove, and an insertion type pipe cap finishing the concave groove. The present invention is to provide a method for reducing impact sounds in which a fiber mat, a rubber mat, a porous resin mat (styrofoam), or impact absorbing materials introduced in the conventional technology are placed between the loess panel of the present invention and the floor of a slab, and the loess panel of the present invention is laminated thereon, as an impact sound reduction structure to reduce impact sounds from the bottom of a building by using the loess panel. |
