According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a manufacturing apparatus of a flexible display device comprising a motherboard holding unit which holds a surface of motherboard of the flexible display device, and a panel holding unit which holds a panel surface of the flexible display device wherein a part of an edge of the panel is bent to the opposite direction of the motherboard to separate the part of panel edge from the motherboard.
