PURPOSE: An excavation device for a front edge expansive internal excavation method using a high strength steel pile is provided to smoothly penetrate a steel pipe without the resistance of excavated soil and to improve stirring performance by vertically moving a rotary bit while grouting. CONSTITUTION: An excavation device for a front edge expansive internal excavation method using a high strength steel pile comprises an upper auger (20), a lower auger (30), an auger screw (40), an expansive bit head (60), a hydraulic jack/swivel (70), and an inner pipe (80). The upper auger is supported in a leader to be vertically moved and to rotate an output terminal. The lower auger rotates a steel pipe while vertically moving. The hydraulic jack/swivel is mounted on the upper auger to reciprocate the inner pipe. |
