摘要 PURPOSE: A torque control device of a fulltime(four wheel drive) environment-friendly vehicle and a controlling method thereof are provided to distribute driving power to front wheels and rear wheels by judging hill-climbing driving or a downhill driving according to a gradient direction and to the position of a shift lever, thereby providing an optimal creep control. CONSTITUTION: A torque control device of a fulltime 4wd(four wheel drive) environment-friendly vehicle comprises an engine(70), a first motor(80), a second motor(90), a driving condition detecting unit(10), and a vehicle controller(20). The driving condition detecting unit detects shift gear information which is selected by a displacement of an accelerator pedal, a responsibility of a brake, lateral acceleration, road gradient, car speed, and a shift lever. The vehicle controller distributes torque to front wheels and rear wheels according to the information which is provided by the driving condition detecting unit, axle load which is loaded on the front and rear wheels, and a difference in speed of the front and rear wheels. The vehicle controller implements a creep control, a hill start assist control, and a dynamic torque control.
