The present invention relates to a geothermal heat pump using a circulating water switch. The purpose of the present invention is to lower costs for the structure of the device by using a high pressure side heat exchanger and a high pressure gas pipelines cycle only in a high pressure side by circulating the circulating water of a load side heat exchanger and a ground heat exchanger for cooling and heating operations without circulating refrigerant using a four-way valve, and by using a low pressure side heat exchanger and a low pressure gas pipelines cycle only in a low pressure side; and to prevent circulating water around the ground heat exchanger from being mixed with circulating water around the load side heat exchanger by making a flow passage for the circulating water watertight.
