The present invention relates to a seat board of a chair for a sedentary lifecycle of a person. Since modern people take seats for a long time in an office, driving, a school class, a train or an air trip, an anal region and sexual organs are pressed for a long time, so that the blood is not circulated. Accordingly, hemorrhoids, prostate disease, sexual dysfunction disease, or disease caused by excess moisture condition in a genital region and an anal region is increased. In order to prevent the above disease, a hole having a diameter of about 10 cm is formed in the seat board making contact with the genital region and the anal region when a person takes a seat. Accordingly, even if the person takes a seat for a long time, the genital and anal regions of the person are not pressed, and blood smoothly circulates at the genital and anal regions. Simultaneously, the permeability of the seat board is increased to prevent the above disease.
