The present invention relates to a head lamp mounting structure of a structure for reducing manufacturing costs by simplifying assembly structure of a head lamp clip mounted with a head lamp and for simplifying work man hour. The head lamp mounting structure is formed with a body part in which a mounting groove for temporary fixing of the head lamp is formed, and a fixing part which is formed as protruding at the lower part of the body part and is inserted and fixed to a combining hole formed in the head lamp mounting part. According to the present invention, manufacturing costs consumed in manufacturing a carrier for a vehicle can be reduced, by simplifying the structure of the head lamp clip assembled in the head lamp mounting part of the carrier for a vehicle.
