The present invention relates to a detonator mounting device which mounts a detonator by drilling a hole on a detonator chamber on the rear side of a cartridge case which is a component of a bullet. The detonator mounting unit includes a cartridge case supplying device (10) which supplies cartridge cases (100) to a body; a location device which positions the supplied cartridge cases (100) at the right positions; a detonator mounting unit (30) which inserts and press-fits the detonators into the cartridge cases (100) positioned at the right positions; a vision testing device (40) testing the press-fitted state of the detonators press-fitted into the cartridge cases (100); a cartridge case transporting device (50) linearly transporting the cartridge cases (100) positioned at the right positions to the vision testing device via the detonator mounting device (30) while the cartridge cases (100) are aligned in a row; a detonator lacquer spreading device which spreading waterproofing lacquer on the boundary of the outer circumference of the detonator of the cartridge cases (100) which the vision test is completed; a compound spreading device which spreads a compound on an inlet of the cartridge case for improving a towing force of a projectile; and a base (80) where the devices described above are installed.
