The present invention relates to a colored photosensitive resin composition and a color filter and, more specifically, to a colored photosensitive resin composition which includes a coloring agent, an alkali soluble resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent and to a color filter manufactured by the same. The alkali soluble resin includes repeating units represented by chemical formula 1, and the acid value of the alkali soluble resin is 30 to 150 mgKOH/g. The coloring agent includes one or more selected from a group which is composed of pigments and dyes.
