The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing sludge adherence to a flight, and, more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing sludge adherence to a flight in a flight conveyor fixed to cross a pair of transfer chains and drawing up sludge through multiple planar flights installed to have gaps in the longitudinal direction of the transfer chain, which comprises a semi-circular flange type fixture arranged between a pair of transfer sprockets driving to rotate the transfer chains, and fixed to the same axis to the transfer sprockets; multiple scrappers fixed to have intervals in the radius direction from the outer periphery of the fixture; and urethane blades fixed to the terminal end of the scrappers and scrapping adhered sludge by contacting the central part of the moving flights. According to the present invention, an effect of remarkably improving the removal efficiency of adhered sludge is obtained while the installation cost is not increased due to a simple structure. |
