PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for inputting HINDI characters using a terminal are provided to number of Hindi character input keys on a first key set by using a second key set. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(610) displays the combination of a first key set or the combination of the first key set and a second key set by the control of a control unit(650). The touch screen displays the selected character which is selected through the second key set. An input sensor(630) transfers the selection of a specific key through the touch screen. A controller controls the display in order to display the first key set or the combination of the first key set and the second key set. |
