The invention relates to a latent electrostatic image developing carrier and a developer for latent electrostatic image developing. The latent electrostatic image developing carrier comprises a core, and a coating layer containing resin and covering the core, wherein the hardness of the resin is less than 100N/mm2 and the recovery rate of the resin is above 60%. The developer for latent electrostatic image developing comprises the latent electrostatic image developing carrier and a toner. A coating layer difficult for peeling off is formed on the latent electrostatic image developing carrier, so that the latent electrostatic image developing carrier when placed in an image forming device in electronic photograph mode can prevent degradation of image quality. |
