The present invention relates to a wireless marine clock system which includes: a signal converter for converting a signal transmitted from a ship GPS terminal; and a network time protocol (NTP) server for receiving a signal into which a network protocol is changed from the signal converter, generating standard time information within a ship based on the received signal, and transmitting the generated standard time information for synchronizing time information through a wireless communication network.
