Disclosed is an FMCW device to eliminate frequency interference using a transmission time interval according to the present invention. The FMCW device to eliminate the frequency interference using the transmission time interval according to the present invention comprises; a state sharing part which transmits an own reference and state signals to the other FMCW device and receives reference and state signals of the other FMCW device; a control part which outputs a transmission command for transmitting an RF signal based on the own reference and state signals or the reference and state signals of the other FMCW device; a signal generating part which produces an FMCW frequency using direct digital synthesis (DDS) according to the transmission command; and a transmission and reception part which transmits the RF signal based on the FMCW frequency and receives the RF signal as an answer for the same. The reference signal shows whether the device performs a normal action or not. The state signal shows whether the RF signal is transmitted or not.
