Adhesive dressing (1) for the protection and treatment of open wounds, comprising - a flexible support layer (2), which defines a cut-out (3) exposing the wound in the intended state, - a self-adhesive adherent layer (4) provided on the underside of said support layer (2), which in the intended state is used to fix said adhesive dressing (1) in place, - a spacing device (5) projecting outwards from the adherent layer (4) and enclosing the cut-out (3) in a frame-like manner, and - a lattice-like covering layer (6) covering the spacing device (5) completely at least on the upper side thereof, wherein said spacing device (5) is designed to be flexible such that it resiliently deforms under the influence of external forces. |
