<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cushioning-material structure, for a vehicle seat, that makes it possible to reduce the weight of said vehicle seat while maintaining stable riding performance. A cushioning material (20) supported by the top surface of a bottom plate (10) provided on a vehicle body (2) is provided with voids (21). This allows weight reduction without reducing the thickness of the cushioning material as in conventional cushioning-material structures, thereby making it possible to reduce the weight of the vehicle seat while maintaining stable riding performance.</p> |
