Provided is an antibody that is purified using temperature-responsive affinity chromatography and acid treated. Specifically, impurities and antibody aggregates are removed from a solution containing antibody monomers, antibody aggregates, and impurities using temperature-responsive affinity chromatography, solution that has been subjected to temperature-responsive affinity chromatography is acid treated, and antibodies are obtained in which the ratio of the concentration of antibody aggregates (a multimer that is at least dimeric) to the concentration of antibody monomers is reduced in comparison to before the acid treatment.
