DOWNWARD COMBUSTION STOVE

The present invention relates to a wood stove, and more specifically to a wood stove wherein complete combustion is realized by promoting wood ignition in an upper firebox using natural blast based on tornado theory and second downward combustion of flames in a lower firebox occurs by joining of this natural blast and a rising airflow in a stovepipe to spout down flames of the upper firebox to the lower firebox through an ash backing plate. Features of the present invention include an effect of showing the condition of flames in an enlarged manner by the addition of the lower firebox; and improved efficiency and innovativeness wherein more radiation heat is emitted to an enlarged heat-resistance glass, the first combustion in the upper firebox and the second combustion in the lower firebox lead to complete combustion so that slight smoke generation occurs only at an initial ignition time with no smoking upon normal combustion, and wood consumption is reduced by downward combustion with clear, distinct flames being always visible due to no attachment of soot on the heat-resistant glass of a door.
