<p>The present invention provides a method and device for obtaining location information of a terminal, and a terminal. The method comprises: when it is determined that a radio link failure, a handover failure, an RRC connection setup failure, a random access failure occurs on a terminal or a preset statistics value of the terminal reaches a preset trigger value, or it is determined that a condition for the occurrence of a radio link failure, a condition for the occurrence of a handover failure, or a condition for the occurrence of an RRC connection setup failure is satisfied, obtaining location information of the terminal; and reporting the location information of the terminal to a network side. With the method and device for obtaining location information of a terminal and a terminal according to the present invention, an operator is capable of learning which areas in the network have problems and performing related processing accordingly, thereby optimizing network performance.</p> |
