<p>The present invention relates to a passivation structure for a flexible display device capable of efficiently blocking the permeation of moisture and oxygen, the passivation structure comprising: a polymer substrate; a nano-hydrophobic thin film layer formed on one side of the polymer substrate; and a blocking thin film layer formed on the nano-hydrophobic thin film layer. The present invention having the above described configuration can simplify a structure and a manufacturing process and reduce manufacturing costs by forming a two-layered passivation layer on a polymer substrate. Also, the present invention can significantly improve oxygen and moisture permeability in comparison to a conventional passivation structure and improve the characteristics of a device by improving the uniformity of surface roughness.</p> |
