A fluid measurement device having a circuit unit into which are inputted a first signal (S1) outputted from a first detection element and a second signal (S2) outputted from a second detection element; wherein the circuit unit is provided with a signal processing means for outputting a third signal (S3) depending on the first signal and the second signal, a state determining means for determining the state of the first signal, and a controlling means for controlling the amount of change imparted to the third signal by a change in the first signal in accordance with the determination result of the state determining means.
