The objective of the present invention is to provide a: a filler-containing resin film having suppressed dropout and the like of an inorganic material; a resin composition that can be used in the production of the filler-containing resin film; and a method for producing the filler-containing resin film. The filler-containing resin film contains: an insulating inorganic filler; and a vinylidene fluoride copolymer obtained by copolymerizing vinylidene fluoride and the compound represented by formula (1) (in formula (1): R1, R2, and R3 each independently are a hydrogen atom, a chlorine atom, or an alkyl group having 1-5 carbon atoms; and X' is an atom group having a molecular weight of no greater than 472 and having a primary chain configured from 1-19 atoms), and the resin film is produced by applying onto a substrate and then drying a resin composition containing the vinylidene fluoride copolymer, the insulating inorganic filler, and an organic solvent.
