TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COMMUNICATION SERVICE QUALITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal in which communication service quality enabling QoS(Quality of service) mapping is controlled depending on a variety of user requests. SOLUTION: A dynamic image encoder 124 and a dynamic image decoder 126 are controlled by a CPU 1202 to perform conversion of data format between information to be transmitted and data communicable through a network. Among parameters related to communication service quality in data format conversion, the CPU 1202 measures the load for transmission or reception processing at a specified parameter. Furthermore, the CPU 1202 calculates a mapping function for associating the parameters with the load being processed continuously based on the measurements and then controls communication service based on the mapping function.
