<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control device which is constructed to measure the illumination value of the floor by using an illumination sensor and adjust the light flux of the illumination apparatus so as to achieve the target illumination value stored in advance and control to maintain constant the illumination of the floor, and which can eliminate the wasteful power consumption at the time of lighting of the illumination apparatus from the switch-off state due to power supply cut-off by judging appropriately the lighting existence caused by power cut-off, and can prevent unpleasant feeling due to brightness more than necessary. SOLUTION: In the illumination device which is constructed to measure the illumination value of the floor by using an illumination sensor and adjust the light flux of the illumination apparatus so as to achieve the target illumination value stored in advance and control to maintain constant the illumination of the floor, (1) the condition that the detected illumination value of the illumination sensor has dropped in spite of the fact that the target illumination value has not changed, (2) the condition that the output value of the illumination signal has surpassed the prescribed value, and (3) the condition that either one or both of the above conditions have continued for a prescribed time, are detected and, based on these conditions (1)-(3), the lights-out of the illumination apparatus is judged.</p> |
