The method involves a forming a linear profile for realizing wheels (1) by using a die in single extrusion step, where a shape of the die is adapted to form a circular central opening (35) and an opening (33) of a sail (3) of the wheels during the extrusion step. The extrusion step is preceded by a step of dividing the linear profile into sections, which form a right revolution cylinder utilized to form the wheels. A machining step is performed on the sections to rectify surface quality and centering of an opening, which is formed in the linear profile.
