[Problem] To provide a cleaning device for glass tubes, which has a simple structure and can clean the inside of glass tubes directly after cutting of the same without requiring a dedicated source of power, and a cleaning and cutting device. [Solution] This cleaning device for glass tubes cleans the inside of glass tubes (G1), which have a prescribed length and are transported in a parallel state in a direction orthogonal to the tube axes by a conveyor (400). The cleaning device for glass tubes is provided with: a separating means (31) that separates each glass tube (G1), one tube at a time, at a prescribed interval in the transport direction; a blowing means (32) that blows cleaning air toward an opening part on one end side of each glass tube (G1) that has been separated by the separating means (31); and an impact means (33) that taps and imparts an impact to the outer peripheral surface of the glass tube (G1) into which cleaning air (A2) is blown by the blowing means (32). The impact means (33) is constituted from an elastic member (331), the base end of which is affixed to a device frame (Fr), and a tapping member (332) provided on the tip end side of the elastic member (331). This cleaning device is provided in a cleaning and cutting device for glass tubes at a location which is directly after a continuous glass tube is cut into prescribed lengths.
