PURPOSE: An automatic air soot cleaner for a waste heat boiler is provided to improve the heat transfer of a waste heat boiler as the soot of a tube of the waste heat boiler is continuously removed by air sprayed from venturi nozzles. CONSTITUTION: An automatic air soot cleaner for a waste heat boiler comprises multiple venturi nozzles(6), an air storage tank(11), and diaphragm valves(9). The multiple venturi nozzles are installed in a gas chamber(2) of a boiler body(1). Spraying ports(6a) of the venturi nozzles are arranged toward an inlet of a tube(8). The air storage tank stores air supplied to the venturi nozzles. The diaphragm valves supply the air of the air storage tank to the venturi nozzles through connectors(7). |
