Disclosed is a remotely operated submarine vehicle system. The submarine vehicle system comprises: an absorption unit capable of flowing seawater in; a robotic arm capable of flowing seawater in or shooting out the seawater flowed in; a water-jet spraying nozzle and an ejector for discharging the seawater flowed in; and a controller unit for controlling the influx and discharge of the seawater in order to conduct one of the operations among propulsion, absorption or spray.
