The present invention relates to an ignition coil assembly that has an improved installation structure for a square wire and a high-voltage terminal that are connected to each other to transfer high voltage generated from a secondary winding of an ignition coil, thereby improving electrical conductivity and preventing failures caused by wire disconnection. The ignition coil assembly comprises a coil part including a primary coil and the secondary coil; a square wire which is electrically connected to the secondary coil of the ignition coil and arranged below the coil part; the high-voltage terminal, which protrudes toward the inside of a case, and which is positioned below the coil part and electrically connected to the square wire to transfer the high voltage generated in the secondary coil from the square wire to the ignition plug, wherein one end of the square wire, which is connected to the high-voltage terminal, has an angulated C-shape fixated while surrounding the lateral sides of the high-voltage terminal.
