PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can hold the object to be packaged surrounded with flap pieces by securely imparting a cushioning action. SOLUTION: In this packaging box in which a plurality of flap pieces are provided above an inside partition wall so as to surround the object to be packaged and the flap pieces cushion and hold the object to be packaged, a frame body with an opening above the partition wall is formed and the flap pieces are provided so as to abut on the edge portion of the opening.
