In the present invention, an enzyme electrode comprises an electrode and a detection layer. The detection layer comprises an enzyme, conductive particles, and a nonconductive polymer. The nonconductive polymer is linked to at least a portion of the enzyme and/or at least a portion of the conductive particles by a linking chain that contains nitrogen or oxygen, and the nonconductive polymer has a region of positive correlation between the concentration of nonconductive polymer added and the response sensitivity of the enzyme electrode. |
