PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste incineration facility without any dioxin generation, to eliminate difficulty in constructing a waste disposal facility caused by the sense of resistance of inhabitants against the waste disposal facility, to dispose waste without any dioxin generation even in an area with less waste generation, and to effectively utilize energy by making use of the heat generated in incinerating the waste. SOLUTION: The sense of resistance of the inhabitants against the construction of a waste disposal facility is eliminated by disposing the waste on the sea by a waste disposal ship 1 having an incinerator of the waste onboard the ship and a waste disposal facility having an incinerator on a floating platform on the sea. The waste can be collected by making a tour to various places by the ship, and the waste can be disposed by a large incinerator 3 without generating any dioxin. In addition, the energy can be effectively utilized by making use of the heat of the incinerator 3 to the propulsive force of the ship through first power 4 provided on the waste disposal ship 1.
