PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire type window regulator unit to reduce the number of part items in addition to install the wire type window regulator into a vehicle door in a short time and easily. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pair of top and bottom wire guide members in the front and the back and a pair of top and bottom direction parts crossing between the top and bottom wire guide members and the top and bottom direction parts, wherein a drive wire fixed on the window and a regular and inverted lining drive device which rolls the drive wire in one hand and draws it out on the other hand to raise up and down the window are characteristically assembled with a unit panel before being installed into the vehicle door.
