PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can prevent variation of ink viscosity caused by mixing of washings in the inside of an ink tank at the time of washing, can secure the quality of residual ink, and can recycle the washings. SOLUTION: In a rotary printing machine having a plate cylinder and a furnisher roll set so as to touch the plate cylinder, there are provided a nozzle type washing supplying means provide with a washing sending means for supplying the washings to the upper side of rotation in a point of touch of the plate cylinder and the furnisher roll, and an ink collecting means having a tripartite valve whose one valve in a wastewater tank and other valve in the ink tank arranged in a discharge opening of the washings in an ink pan and provided with a valve controlling means for controlling a valve by joining the tripartite valve with the discharge of the washings.
