Provided are a modifying composition for the hydrophilic modification of a microporous polypropylene film and the method using same and a modifying device system thereof, wherein the modifying composition comprises: 5-40 wt% of a hydrophilic monomer, 0.5-5 wt% of a photosensitizer, and 70-95 wt% of a solvent; the modifying device system comprises a reacting tank, a light source, a scrubbing liquor tank etc.
