PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the state that in a reaction reducing device which prevents by the retention power of a vertical guide 31 the rise of a main body 1 due to the reaction when tightening a screw, the looseness of a screw due to the rise of the main body l cannot completely be stopped because the time in which the vertical guide 31 retains the screw 18 is short. SOLUTION: The looseness of a screw can be improved by providing a plurality of the retention surfaces 27, 28 of the pair of the guide 22 which retain the screw head part 29 for the guide 22 to retain the screw 18 longer and prevent the main body 1 from rising.
