PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a descaling tool which can be fabricated by the user to his desired shape and can be used both for roughing and finishing without changing his way of holding. SOLUTION: The descaling tool, characteristics of which is to contain the abrasive media 2, 3 in the resin used as the substrate, to be formed to solid state, and to have cutting strength of 2-15 kgf, is found to show a good descaling ability and also to be capable of being cut to a desired shape with a cutter, knife, etc. Further, by plastering together more than two kinds of the above tool each having abrasive media of different grain size, a descaling tool to enable both roughing and finishing without changing the user's way of holding it.
