PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar-shape material feeding machine which can feed non-regular size materials to a bar machine and can effectively utilize the non-regular size materials. SOLUTION: The bar-shape material feeding machine which has a non-regular size material shelf 12 for holding a plurality of non-regular size materials W which are the remainder after machining processes, supplies the materials W to a guide rail by picking up the materials W one by one from the shelf 12, and feeds the materials W along the guide rail in the forward direction of the feed toward the bar machine, is characterized in that the feeding machine is provided with an end discriminating device 14 for judging whether or not the end of the material W is the end machined in the preceding machining process on the basis of physical features distinguishable from those of the other, and a non-regular size material reversing device 16 for reversing the direction of the non-regular size material when the end judged by the end discriminating device 14 as the end machined in the preceding machining process is not positioned at the forward direction side of the feed.
