<p>Provided is a terminal device wherein it is possible to reduce the calculation amount for displaying an annotated text. Also provided are an annotation method, a computer system, and a computer program. Multiple annotation rules created for each window on which an annotated text is to be displayed are stored in an annotation database (26). A work screen state acquisition unit (21) constantly monitors which window among the windows displayed on an operation screen (10) is an active window. When an annotation display operation is carried out by a user, an annotation display unit (22) acquires the annotation rule of the active window related to the operation of the user from the annotation database (26), and the annotation text contained in the annotation rule is displayed on the operation screen (10).</p> |
