A home healthcare support device of the present embodiment is provided with: an alarm level determination part for receiving alarm information transmitted by a housebound patient and home healthcare equipment and determining an alarm level showing the degree of urgency; a storage part for storing visit schedule information for a plurality of home healthcare practitioners performing healthcare support for housebound patients; and a healthcare practitioner computation part for requesting, from the plurality of healthcare practitioners performing home healthcare support for housebound patients, that practitioner who is able to give support based on the alarm level and the transfer route information based on the visit schedule information.
