PURPOSE: An improved brazing sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, a coating member using the same, and a coating method are provided to stably manufacture the brazing sheet by discharging gas easily through a punched hole. CONSTITUTION: An improved brazing sheet includes a tungsten carbide sheet (B) and a nickel chrome sheet (A). The nickel chrome sheet is punch-processed so that a plurality of openings is formed. The tungsten carbide sheet is manufactured by a ball-miller process after mixing an organic binder to tungsten carbide powder. The nickel chrome sheet is manufactured by a ball-miller process after mixing the organic binder to a nickel chrome material. |
